How do I create a travel page?
Simply enter your traveler names and start creating your travel page for free. You can add up to 2 locations with 2 photos each in the free tier. To unlock unlimited locations and photos, you'll need a one-time in-app purchase. No subscriptions, just a single payment for lifetime access.
What's included in the free version?
The free tier lets you create your personal travel page, add up to 2 locations on your map, upload up to 2 photos per location, and view your journey on an interactive map. You can explore all the core features before deciding to upgrade.
What does the premium upgrade include?
The one-time premium upgrade unlocks unlimited locations, unlimited photos per location, and the ability to share your page with friends and family. You'll also get password-protected access codes and push notifications for followers when you add new locations. It's a single payment with no recurring fees.
How do I share my travel page?
Sharing requires the premium upgrade and account registration. After purchasing and registering with an email and password, your travel page will have a unique access code that you can share with friends and family. They can use this code to view your adventures and optionally subscribe to push notifications when you add new locations.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely! Start with the free tier to create your page and add up to 2 locations with photos. When you're ready for unlimited locations, unlimited photos, and sharing capabilities, you can upgrade with a one-time purchase directly in the app.
What features require registration?
You can create pages and add locations without an account. Registration is optional and only required if you want to share your page with others. When you register with an email and password, you can securely share your page and access it from any device.
How do I recover my account?
If you registered an account and forgot your password, please contact us at wearedigicrumbs@gmail.com with your registered email address and we'll help you regain access. If you created a page without registering, you can access it anytime using your page's unique URL that was shown after creation.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You have full control over your data. To delete your account, log in and select "Delete Account" from the menu. This will permanently remove your account, travel page, photos, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
What photo formats are supported?
DigiCrumbs supports common image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP. We recommend using high-quality photos for the best viewing experience.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage. Your photos are stored on Vercel Blob Storage, and your account data is protected by Supabase with encrypted connections. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
